A magical tale where myth meets reality

With roots in ancient folklore, Azaya blends reality with magic and myth in a unique and tantalizing fashion.

Azaya is an ancient haven on Earth, inhabited by animal heroes called Azatars. The Azatars are fighting against the dark powers and environmental devastation that threatens Azaya and the rest of the world. Using magical powers endowed to them by Agaia, the benevolent nature spirit, their prime mission is to save species from life-threatening situations.

The Azatars are grouped into five magic foci: Druan, Shawan, Wuchan, Acroban and Artizan. Each foci has its own unique characteristics.

The story revolves around Kiya, a brave and curious red panda girl. Together with her friends Yachu (a snow leopard) and Glong (a giant fruit bat), she embark on a quest to solve the mysteries of Azaya's dark and mysterious past.

She eventually becomes the leader of the Azatars, rescuing and reviving legendary creatures (many formerly present but now extinct on our Earth). They fight their deadly adversaries, The Hollow Ones, to save life as we know it on Earth - and, as we learn, throughout the universe - from extinction.

The epic story of Azaya is told in a trilogy - Azatars Awakening, Return of the Spirits and Legend of Life. The trilogy lays the foundation for innumerable spinoff stories in several different media formats, including television and film. The intended audience is children of 8-14 years, but there is no doubt that the universal themes and the exciting characters will appeal to a much wider audience.

Azaya is aimed to engage and entertain an entire generation with a message of positive environmental action. The audience will become the future Azatars who will save our own Earth!
