| David Freeman |
|
| Mr Freeman is the pioneer of Emotioneering – bringing emotion into interactive media. He has worked as a designer and/or writer on games for Electronic Arts, Activision, Ubisoft, Sony, Microsoft, Atari, Vivendi Universal Games, Midway Games, 3D Realms, and others.
As a writer and producer, Mr Freeman has written and developed scripts and other properties which have been bought by Columbia Pictures, Paramount Pictures, MGM, Castle Rock, Buena Vista Television, Atlas Entertainment, Hearst Entertainment and many other major film and television production companies.
Mr Freeman has performed high-level story and character work on the Need for Speed series for EA, Marc Ecko’s Getting Up - Contents Under Pressure, Prey, Enter the Matrix, Van Helsing, Shark Tale, Terminator: Redemption and many others. |

| Kyle Balda |
|
| Kyle Balda has been working professionally in feature animation for the past 12 years, most notably with Pixar Animation Studios and Industrial Light & Magic. He began his career studying traditional animation at The California Institute of the Arts. Continuing his training with Lucas Arts. Later Balda joined the crew of Industrial Light & Magic where he participated in such films as The Flintstones, The Mask, Mars Attacks and Jumanji where he played the role as Animation Director. After animating on Peter Jackson’s The Frighteners in New Zealand, Kyle returned to California to work at Pixar on such films as A Bug's Life, Monsters Inc. and Toy Story 2 as Directing Animator. |

| Peter Swartling |

| Mr Swartling is internationally renowned for his A&R talent and has enjoyed more than two decades of major success nurturing and developing superstar talent. By changing the mass market appeal, the sounds in vogue and music marketing methods, he has gained a reputation as the most influential A&R in Scandinavia. He is largely responsible for the acceptance of soul/R&B and hip-hop/rap music in Sweden.
Since the beginning of his career in Sweden, Peter has achieved 116 Grammy nominations and 32 Grammy awards. His revolutionary thinking and marketing helped break borders with artists like Robyn, Alcazar and Jennifer Brown. |

| Olav Bokestad |
|
| Mr Bokestad has more than 20 years of executive experience. He has an extensive global network of contacts within the marketing and entertainment industry as well as corporate finance. In his early teens, he was as a member of the Norwegian platinum-selling pop group Drama. In his early twenties, he moved to Los Angeles to work as a producer for Virgin Records before moving on to Warner Music in London. As A&R executive at Arcade Music in 1995, Mr Bokestad developed the SMURF HITS CD line, which generated more than 15 million sold CDs. In 1999, he founded Engine Entertainment, focusing on leveraging entertainment concepts based on well-renowned brands. |

| Olle Langenius |
|
| Mr Langenius has more than 20 years of experience from the television industry. He is an entrepreneur with experience from startups and organic growth as well as several acquisitions in both listed and non-listed environment. Also, he has international experience from startups, marketing and sales.
In 1997, Mr Langenius took the Swedish TV production company MTV Produktion AB to the Stockholm stock exchange as MD. Since 2005, he is the chairman and president of TV production company Mastiff Media Poland.
Mr Langenius has an MBA from the University of Gothenburg. |
